CONVERSE released the brand-new series shoes ALL STAR BB PROTOTYPE CX. The model uses streamlined design. The big upturning design is attractive. The ‘CX’ indicates that it uses CX foaming cushion insole. Today let’s have a closed look at its appearance.
CONVERSE BB PROTOTYPE CX MID
The shoebox is the classic one. The right side of the black shoebox is star arrow logo, and the side face of shoebox is CONVERSE.

The vamp uses thick fabric material. And the surface has special coating.
The tag shows the introduction for the vamp coating.
The intensity of the color change depends on environmental conditions. After a total of approximately [16 hours] of exposure to UV light, the links will no longer change color. The color changing ability cannot be restored. If you are interested in it, you can have a try.

The position of big toe is added with leather material to improve the protection.
There are 5 couples of shoelace holes. It uses rapid lacing system.

CONVERSE PERFORMANCE BASKETBALL CX – AIR ZOOM
The outsole uses one-piece rubber.
The pattern uses water ripple pattern. It’s embedded short horizontal stripe and the pattern is deep.
The arch position is adducent, and it isn’t covered with outsole. It has inserted TPU stabilizing plate to improve the strength of insole.
The inside rubber of heelpiece is also adducent to reduce the uncomfortable feeling when exercising.
CX foaming cushion insole
The surface of shoe-pad uses fabric material. The reverse side uses environmental protection recovered materials. It has brush coating to prevent slipping.

The width of EUR42.5 forefoot sole is about 94.96mm.
The thickness of EUR42.5 shoe-pad is about 4.39mm.

CONVERSE BB PROTOTYPE CX MID vamp is stitched with leather and fabric. And it uses special coating. The performance is excellent. The forefoot sole uses ZOOM AIR cushion with CX foaming cushion insole. The cushion performance is excellent.
The size of CONVERSE BB PROTOTYPE CX MID is standard. The width of forefoot sole is moderated. The upturning area of both sides is big. So if your foot is wide, it should be unsuitable for you. After fastening the shoelaces, the ankle position is comfortable, but as the shoe collar is a little stiff. We suggest to wear the thick socks. I can feel the resilience from the ZOOM Air cushion of forefoot sole even if just running and jumping . The CX cushion of heelpiece is neither too hard, nor too soft. The outsole is widened, so the overall stability is great.
