Nike PG 1 X Bruce Lee Custom Performance Review

Kyrie Irving is channeling the Mamba Mentality  his Nike Kyrie 3 “Bruce Lee,” which was the most popular recently .Kyrie Irving  with  his Mamba Mentality accomplish one of his career goals of being ‘the man’ on an NBA franchise in this off season.  Now his signatureNike Kyrie 3 model will follow suit with an homage to Kobe Bryant and one of the Black Mamba’s most famous colorways, an homage to martial arts legend Bruce Lee in September 15th

 

I have been not buy the Nike Kyrie 3 “Bruce Lee,” But I customized the special one —NIKE PG1 X Bruce Lee

It is combind the advantages of two pair of shoes , now  here are some details  as below :

 

For the  material ,  it is used the  nubuck and mesh with leather  which this material is very soft material and  it gives you very comfortable fit with zero restriction for your natural feet movements.The back is covered with nubuck and leather  I think I made a perfect choice for putting these materials. Nubuck is more rigid and more supportive material than mesh and  the leather have a good support .

The scars at the fore-foot adding to the Bruce Lee  was the most special design .Four red slash marks, a snakeskin-inspired by Bruce Lee ,and  the samurai textile print on the lateral side.

In addition there is a forefoot strap which belong  to PG 1 . it  did  its job by narrowing the forefoot when you pull it tightly.i love it very much ,so  I choosed  the classic design when we customized . It no need to tighten it since it’s already a narrow shoe for my wide feet. I could feel the Flywire on the medial side when I pulled tight but it wasn’t an issue.

For cushioning ,

I customized the forefoot Zoom Air unit that PG 1 .  Zoom Air unit is responsiveness,This is very crucial for guards. In addition, we’re getting decent court feel and impact protection  when playing .

For supporting , it is also great .  The rigid and stiff nubuck on heel area will provide nicely wraps around your foot and keeps it secure in footbed . i love it very much .

There is a BRUCE LEE in the tounge .

Overall , the NIKE PG1 X Bruce Lee  was perfect that I customized in the  first time .It with the popular elements with the best perforamance which i need . How do you think?

Nike PG 1 VS Jordan CP3.X. Performance Review

Paul George will become the latest Nike Basketball signature athlete with the release of his first signature shoe,Chris Paul’s tenth signature shoe has been released which been great .

Today we are talking the Difference  :

The low-cut PG1, designed by Tony Hardman, features a forefoot strap, Flywire cable, and forefoot Zoom Air cushioning. The shoe also has fish scale paneling and a bobber-inspired lacelock referencing George’s love of fishing.

Jordan CP3.10 released three colorway .The group features a Space Jam-esque colorway, a tonal red one, and one that veers toward electric green.

They are difference on the court .

For the material , PG 1. utiltized gimmicky materials and the open which protected by a layer of fuse in the high wear areas. it is the best options  for players that stay on their toes and do not enjoy breaking in shoes.

And the  a forefoot strap along with Flywire which provide the great grip ,  it is still lockdown our feet  when we running and jumping . The Nike PG1 will be the most affordable signature Nike Basketball shoe on the market

However the CP3 X  ‘s upper features a high quality performance weave which can  feels comfrotable  on the foot. It is very snug when playing  and the upper  provides a  amount of support while simultaneously wrapping around your foot.  When we playing on the court then we can feel there was zero break in time needed with this upper. that is the best parts which have been attracted a huge fans .I would prefer choose the cp3. x .

For the traction ,PG 1 ‘s used a multidirectional scale-inspired blade outsole which provides ample traction. For me , I feel it a little stiff , and the pattern is  really helps the rubber compound out and dust doesn’t stick to the pattern much.

However CP3.X ‘s traction pattern features a circular wave-like design that expands from the medial side of the foot. The pattern is like to the rubber overlay that sits on the upper, maybe someone will feel it is soft , but  it does  a good job . The groves are also pretty thick and sturdy, which it is easy to keep the dust , but also makes the traction pattern more durable. For me , I was satisfied with the traction, but  If you’re looking for a shoe to stick to the floor like glue, maybe this one is not great .

For cushioning , PG1 ‘s Zoom Air is added in the forefoot along with a full-bootie construction , and this setup have  a more responsive which  ride for greater reaction speed.

The Jordan CP3.X features  articulated Zoom unit that was implemented in the Jordan Ultra.Fly and CP3.IX. If you bought  these before and like these , then you will like the CP3.X . The Zoom pods are so small that they really don’t compress a lot , which makes them feel hard.

 

For the supporting , actually they both are great .  With the upper and the midsole together provides  the good support which your feeling that you’re not just wearing a shoe, but that the shoe is part of you.

Overall , the kind of sneakers are great , but there are must one that you love .

Nike PG 1 ‘Ivory’ Performance Review

Paul George‘s debut signature shoe with Nike Basketball has been quite the success for sneakerheads and hoops aficionados alike.

Also it is my birthday gift . That is my dreaming shoes when Nike PG 1 series depute ,especial for the colorway .A synthetic python leather hits the side panel and heel while a mesh toecap compliments the forefoot strap. That off-white shade extends to the midsole while a gum outsole matches a nappy suede Swoosh，I have to say it is amazing .


Now close look it as below :
Firstly ,looking at the box which blue with white cloud. opening the box ,the Nike PG1 just in there .

For material : The forefoot is free feeling with the open mesh and it’s protected by a layer of fuse in the high wear areas.
The traction is comfortable and improve the grip . This is great for players that stay on their toes and do not enjoy breaking in shoes.

For cushioning :full- length used which improve the wrapping by lockdown the feet .I never worry slip when playing .
And the Forefoot zoom setup is for those that want a more responsive ride for greater reaction speed .That was the popular feature of Nike PG 1 .

For fitting : It is true size , for me , I just bought the size as usually .If you’re a wide footer then you may want to go up 1/2 size as the one-piece construction doesn’t offer much stretch once they’re on your foot.
I tested in the court about 2hours with my friend .
Firstly , I feel very good in the feet at beginning, the froefeet zoom set-up did its job very well . The faster feedback from fall down , that is great . I can do everything in the court .that is why I like Nike PG1 .But if in the outside court , I hope it is performance well the same as inside of court .

The premium and limited quality of a number of Nike PG 1 colorways has set the model apart and when paired with the $110 price tag,but I feel the Ventilation not very well when playing longer .Maybe it is sacrifice for the supporting .

Nike PG 1 Flip the Switch Performance Review

The Nike PG 1 Flip the Switch is scheduled to release at select Nike Basketball retailers on May 5th, 2017.It is apart of the Nike Basketball Flip the Switch Collection which is inspired by the postseason’s electricity. As the only 21st basketball athlete that Nike has awarded a signature model shoes , Paul George has his work cut out for him

Today we get it .

Now we can see the out box which blue cloud with white as below :

It is not follow the last version which orange color .but we can feel the delicate .

1, Looks 9 scores

As usually , Nike often give us a surprise. Nike PG 1 ‘Flip the Switch’  have new design for the logo which break , we can feel the Paul new idea. And they are more details that we can feel the delicate .

The colorway is different compare with the last versions . The Flip the Switch comes dressed in a Black, Deep Royal Blue, Photo Blue, Blue Fury and Hyper Violet color combination. Seems more colorful .The base which features Black is highlighted with shades of Blue and Purple throughout as well as the forefoot strap. Completing the look we have a broken Nike Swoosh and gradient fades.

2, Material 9 score

The Nike PG1 features an interesting pattern that will serve you well on-court. This particular version of the shoe features translucent rubber, and while it’s better than what Nike Basketball has put out in the past, it still isn’t the best option. The solid rubber outsole and traction worked  normal .However the forefoot Zoom Air unit (the translucent rubber actually showed the Zoom Air section.

3,Supporting   8 score

Nike PG 1 ‘Flip the Switch’ use the Flywire to improve the wrap, with strip in the forefoot .That is why we can feel snug and comfortable .

And the vamp used the mesh which can improve the ventilation. We can feel great ,even we playing  more time . The midsole cups your feet, the foot sits well on the footbed, and the bootie construction keeps your feet locked.

4,Cushioning 7 score

Nike PG 1 ‘Flip the Switch’  loaded Zoom Air in Forefoot bottom, This setup is for those that want a more responsive ride for greater reaction speed. At the heel it’s just Phylon so nothing special there. We can not sink into the cushion and we can feel it bounce back as we  would if it were directly underfoot, but it gets the job done for the most part. It is  a worthy setup  in this price .

5, Cost performance

Yes  ,it is worth to buy for  Nike PG 1 ‘Flip the Switch’ . The looks is new and colorway is amazing . Especial for the the material . It i comfortable . The rubber is meet our needs . The supporting also great

Overall . This one worth its price .  Whatever the signature of Paul . But the new design of logo . And all setting is not bad .But all of series of PG  series , which one do you choose ?

Nike PG 1 EP designed by Tony Hardman with following one of today’s trends

 

It’s a club that consists of names like Michael Jordan, Penny Hardaway, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant. LeBron has called it a “brotherhood”.

Nike unveiled this past month that Pacers forward Paul George will become its 21st signature basketball athlete.

The Nike PG 1 , designed by designer Tony Hardman, pays homage to the ’90s era with its materials while also following one of today’s trends with a low-cut build.

Now we get it ;

Paul George is a really dynamic player on both ends of the floor so keeping him locked in laterally was really important as well. The other thing too that he talks about was that he wanted his shoe to be the most comfortable shoe in the line. With the Zoom Air Unit, we know he needs explosiveness on court which is important, and he just putting the sockliner to the sneakers , that is comfortable .

The box is blue with white which have a signature  ‘PAUL GEORGE’, for me , the log of George is my favorite . Lateral of box have a signature Nike PG 1 EP, all of elements of box are simple ,but show the style of George.

Nike PG1 is lighter when I got it , it is just 400G weight .

And the special part is the lace system , that is the special design of George .

In the design of Nike PG1 strap, and did not like the traditional shoes, which is dynamic but not effect the movement of feet  ,This part of the design received a fin inspired by internal fins ridge support, while being wrapped in film.

There is some interesting Easter Eggs on there underneath the straps. We got the area code for Palmdale, California (Paul George’s hometown), and one for Indy in each shoe. On the heel tab, on the right shoe, there is a reflective strip on the back where he broke his leg, that’s kind of a nod to that, he wanted to celebrate that he had that injury and came back. So that is really cool as well.

George love Crusader ,so of it was driven from that.Crusader was designed by Hardman too . From a style standpoint, one thing that was really unique that he asked for was to kind use of natural materials, like leathers, which we haven’t used in years.

Thee lateral of shoes have logo of ‘5-1-90 ‘ ,the reason is George have his daughter in 2015 .and the ‘13’ in the heel .

When wearing Nike PG1, obviously feet feels tight . Especial the forefoot , but  it is will be comfortable when adjust the strap . you will find excellent wrapped and protected after that .

The bottom of the shoe also engraved with logo of George ,grip texture and scale is very similar the fish , reflecting George for fishing love – this is a pastime in his father’s .For me, I really love some of the fish scale . If you look at the traction that’s really like a multi-directional functionality about it in terms of what he needs but then it has this nod to fishing that is something unique to his personality.With the the 2K colorway we have the fish scales on the back part of the upper and what one thing that has been cool about bringing back some leather back in, it has allowed us to use canvas in the back and tell different stories about him. You can either keep it clean or add the fish scales like we did with the 2K.

The biggest feature of the vamp is the strip , which Yellow pull -up , we can feel directly the Flywire . we can adjust the tightness with it .

All in all ,The sneaker features a forefoot strap with Flywire technology loop system that provides adaptive support, while the Zoom Air unit and sockliner provide responsive cushioning.Without doubt that everyne will like it .

Since his late-2015 return to the court, Paul George has steadily returned to the form he lost in his injury and proven himself worthy of a signature model as the Pacers fight for a playoff spot. George’s contract was heavily rumored to be moved at the 2017 trade deadline, and speculation remains that he will be suiting up for a new team following his impending free agency 

The Nike Zoom Crusader was George’s favorite basketball shoe until the Nike PG 1. Nike PG 1 Shining Proves that Paul George come back

Speaking of Paul George , he was hurt  in the training , but he  has made a late-season push to capture that ever elusive All-NBA honor ,this is a miracle which in everybody mind. Now I believe that the Nike PG 1 is the best basketball shoe they’ve ever played.

So today we got the PG1, the 21st signature line for the brand.

When the first images surfaced after open the box , we saw a very basic, lower-tier shoe in black and white. Nike PG 1 TS PROTOTYPE EP , it is not a bad looking shoe, but not really a signature look.

Nike PG 1 also called ‘SHINING’, ‘TIME TO SHINE ‘, we can see from the box which  print ‘Paul George ’ with creamy-white and blue similar the cloud pattern . The design of box is very meticulously .

PG1 did not use the bright color , but only black and bright swoosh. However it  also popular for attention by passing ,the same as Paul . This shoes is designed by Tony harman and Paul George , George is  a high demand for shoes players, so the shoes also meet a lot of George’s request.

 

George loved the Nike zoom crusader before and he like the full length bootie .so Nike PG1 just follow the  zoom crusader with full length bootie .

The strip is popular some year ago , and Nike brand  utilized this design in almost his shoes , seems a little of his fans , but Paul have new design for strip which connect with the flywire , this is difference with last version of Nike brand . And also it is improve the  support for forefoot . For material , PG1 feature solid rubber — what I’d recommend over the translucent options — while highlighting the cushion within the midsole by changing the color of the rubber in that particular section.

 

As one of series pf ‘time to shine’ , Nike PG 1 Ferocity used bright swoosh ,but will be swoosh.

This is one of the best material options we’ve had from Nike Basketball in a long time. The forefoot is free feeling with the open mesh and it’s protected by a layer of fuse in the high wear areas. This is great for players that stay on their toes and do not enjoy breaking in shoes.

And i have to say the upper used nubucks and leathers which construct a sneaker . The overall build feels great .

For support ,The traditional support features are in place and work moderately well but, it’s the shoe’s midsole sculpting that is doing most of the heavy lifting. This midsole cups your foot and it’s something I feel is very beneficial for players,  will feel free and the shoes seems it is a part of your feet

In the left and right of heel ,, there are two strings of numbers, respectively, 5-2-90 and 5-1-15, on behalf of George birthday and daughter’s  one year old birthday, that is  George’s sense of responsibility to the family.

In the left and right of strip ,there are 661 and 317 numbers, respectively, on behalf of the George home phone area code and Indiana.

Shoes grain ,  the official explanation is inspired by the scales of the multi-faceted blade lines, grip is very outstanding. There are two logo on the soles, the first is zoom air, the second is crystal bottom , it is special crystal base, like Bryant 7 generation “invisible man” that can be change the color based on light . The following figure is a comparison of light and low light.

This pair of shoes is the most high light  is the heel number code  66190317 on behalf of the sample ,it is independent code with limited to 12000 pairs, George’s own number code  is 0023,0001 (time to shine publicity map is 0001)

This Nike PG 1 comes dressed in a predominate Black color theme which covers the base, midsole, tongue and mid-foot strap. Constructed of leather and mesh, Metallic Silver accents are spotted on the Nike Swoosh and PG branding. Other highlights includes a multicolor translucent Multicolor outsole and hints of 3M on the heel..)
