Nike KD 9 iD Sports Golden State Performance Review

Well, Kevin Durant is officially joining the Golden State Warriors. I’m  happy about it, but still; new team calls for themed kicks. Thankfully, the Nike KD 9 iD is ready to meet that need.

Many friends told me that KD9 is their best practical shoes in 2016 many times. For me, the disappointing performance of KD8 has always made me  resistant to try KD9, Finally ,a suitable price, a rare color scheme, all of these are become a chance to try it .This  ID color scheme is special.The customizable edition of the KD 9 is officially available with GSW’s signature palette. Kevin Durant used to play in the Las Vegas warm-up game before the season. I prefer the simplicity of the KD9 ID.

Responsiveness:

Compared to the Zoom Air midsole of KD8 , the KD9 will be greater. From the beginning of on foot, you can feel that the midsole more suitable and comfortable. Compared to the LeBron 12’s Zoom Air, the KD9’s full-length Zoom Air has more independence and free . KD9’s 10mm Zoom Air rebound in front of the foot ,that is  completely eliminating my original doubt about KD9. Even compared to the Jordan XXXI  which using the FlightSpeed system, I think the KD9 is slightly more reactive.

Reactivity score: 4.5/5

 

Cushioning:

The full-length Zoom Air used , KD9 features a 16mm zoom air .  I can feel the full  responsive when running , just like the feeling of on Air Max, but without the hysteresis of Air Max. For the defenders , the KD9’s suspension is fully responsive.

Shock absorber rating: 4.5/5

 

 

 

 

Fitting and supporting :

In addition to the excellent cushioning of  Zoom Air, the highlight of KD 9  is the Flyknit upper.White, blue and gold are now available on the acclaimed Flyknit hoops silhouette, with a multicolored option even surfacing momentarily. If memory serves, people are OK with multicolored Flyknit. For the wider foot , it is a pity that the toe will be more narrow. Then the support is not as good as the KOBE XI Flyknit upper with the TPU . In particular, the shoelace hole has almost no function of locking or tightening, which further reduces the stability of the KD9 shoe . KD9’s upper design, I think the Flyknit upper need to be improve. For me, this is one of the important reasons why KD9 can’t be a Top 1 in my heart.

Cohesion and support score: 3.5/5

Traction

It is used the hexagonal pattern, the grip of the KD9 is quite good. Even on the dusty wooden floor, the grip is nice.The transparent material of the KD9 outsole is still very good. But as usually the same others pattern , the traction is not easy too keep clean.the gripping  is significantly improved compared to the KD8.

Grip score : 4/5

Comfortness

The one-piece booties  tongue has been removed. Although it takes a little more time to on foot , the comfort of wearing is really is worth ,perhaps the best Nike number of shoes in the near future.

Comfort rating: 4.5/5

 

 

Durability

KD9’s soft outsole material provides excellent grip, but its durability is rigorously tested. For the indoor wood floors, the court feeling  very noticeable. Of course, I don’t recommend everyone play a KD9 to fight outside, it is will be more stiff.Although the tragedy of the forefoot reported by everyone on the Internet  that the air unit will be broken.

Durability rating: 3/5

 

Conclusion,

In summary, KD9’s full-length Zoom Air is once again exciting for Nike cushion  Technology. Since Jordan XX8, KD9’s cushioning and responsive made me feel great in the Nike basketball series for a long time. Although the integrated Flyknit has quite good comfort, the lacing system that can’t support the performance .Coupled with the weak performance of durability, KD9 can not be the top 1 of my heart in 2016. But for me, I personally like KD9,the Zoom Air design that made me amazing again.

Nike Zoom KD 9 Elite Performance Review

Today we got the Kevin Durant’s latest signature model, the Nike KD 9 Elite.Saw the shoes ,I remember the old days in my college in 2010 which basketball memory .I have been a fan for Durant , Nike had a training activity in that summer .So luck that I met the Durant .He is so patience and humility . That was impression by people in present .

Now we got it .
1.Nike Zoom KD 9 Performance Review Material
KD 9 used the Flyknit in the upper .


The midfoot area is where the Flyknit material really starts to come into its own as it’s a fully breathable zone that is as true as Flyknit is going to get. However, the toebox uses a tighter knit and feels a little stiffer than the rest of the upper.The Flyknit material is more breathability .That is my favorite ,especially I ‘d like wear the long Nike hyper elite sock .


The colorway which black with black and gold logo .SWOOSH logo on the shoe was designed with a hook. It was said that the design was inspired by the tube of neon light.
There is a signature of Durant –’Kevin Durant’.


2.Nike Zoom KD 9 Performance Review Traction
The overall traction experience is pretty consistent, despite this colorway using a translucent rubber outsole
Some people will said that the rubber outsole is not very durable ,but I played in the dusty court two hours . It is do the job well .There is no in the damage in bottom .maybe it is need more time to test .


The bottom of hexagon sole lines provide grip in all directions .We can do what we want .though a lot of people dont like the linked-tube .
3.Nike Zoom KD 9 Performance Review Cushioning
The full-length articulated Max Zoom Air setup in the KD 9 .
It is most versatile cushion setups on the market today because every player of any play style can find something they like about it. The full length design show more stronger , player can feel clearly out of shape when jump to fall .
The forefeet is thin compare with another shoes .

 


4.Nike Zoom KD 9 Performance Review Supporting /Fit
Compare with the last version of KD , The locdown is not very well , especial the suddenly stop , the toe will be hurt .


So many people will except the KD 9 Elite can improving this disvantage .But after tested it , it is not very well .The ‘Elite ’Seems not meaning the upgate .
The size is true . You can buy the size as usually .

Overall ,KD 9 elite is worth to buy .Fit and support are two very important categories and while the KD 9 Elite doesn’t perform well , the rest of the shoe performs like a top tier on-court model. The traction, cushion and materials all bring out the best of Nike’s technology.

Nike KD 9 ‘USA’ White Red Performance Review

Kevin Durant’s newest Nike signature shoe is in full motion right now and it’s the Basketball shoe everyone’s excited about. Is the new articulated Zoom Air cushioning great?

1,Nike KD 9 ‘USA’ Material

Nike KD 9 USA used the Flyknit as usually which backed by nylon.it isn’t backed by glue . The natural flexibility of the material which  support while allowing the material to react the way when in motion  That is a great for us . The tighter overlay cross-pattern provides the hold by keeping the lateral stretch to a minimum.The heel is a mesh/fuse material which is just so so , but it work well .The rear section is textile mesh, foam, and Fuse, and it’s nothing fancy.But all of these done it job well .

2.Nike KD 9 ‘USA’ Cushioning

Cushion was great, it felt heavy and too bouncy.Especially the full length used .

TPU bumps located towards the forefoot where the Zoom unit is segmented to provide flexibility.

You will feel that this setup keeps you confident and provides more than adequate energy retention on impact.

But I feel that it is will fastbreak in a short time  fot the bottom design.

 

3.Nike KD 9 ‘USA’ Supporting /Fit

The KD9 support comes directly from the fit. For me . I need to 1/2 size down.If you were able to stay true to size, then your support will be fine (particularly wide-footers). If you have narrow feet and tried on the shoe that proceeded to have heel slippage, then you need to 1/2 size down.

The Phylon midsole is sculpted under the arch for a little stiffness there and the Zoom Max is cut away in that area to keep that sinking feeling away from that area.

 

There are a advantage for this shoes

Ventilation : That is great because of the Flyknit used .And the mash is help to ventilate.

And there are a special design that I’d love say .

The logo of the heel and the signature .As a fan , I have to say it is great for me , just like He with me when playing .

The tongue of shoes is red color which Durant design .

Overall . For $150 you’re getting solid rubber traction, awesome cushioning, nice materials, and hopefully a size that fits you.

Today Kevin Durant Wear Nike KD 9 Elite Yellow black pe dunking again

Today’s Western Conference showdown against the New Orleans Pelicans, Durant was spotted putting in some work in a new colorway of the Nike KD 9 Elite. The hard-to-miss pair is styled in bright yellow, with contrasting black detailing and translucent sole. Nike KD 9 Elite , the sneaker will be part of Kevin Durant, that is important choose right shoes .As of now, it’s not clear whether or not this KD 9 Elite will make it to retail.

Durant is expected to return before the end of the regular season on a minutes restriction.

Nike KD 9 HOME II – New From Durant Something

News reveals that that Nike KD 9 “Home II” will be what Kevin Durant will wear at the Oracle. An incredibly eye catching silhouette, not to mention colorway, the Nike KD 9 is set to rock the market on February 16, 2017. Although that is still a few months away, Nike has graciously released images of the shoes to let everyone know exactly what they are getting.

One look at these kicks and you just KNOW they are going to attract attention. An attractive color combination of blue, skyblue, and white – the shoes have this very distinctive shape that is not easy to ignore. With deep top cuts and a high back for the heels, it looks like the kicks are made of mesh from top to bottom.

The trim portion is mainly done in white with the color turning blue as it proceeds to the heels of the shoes. It is not a gradual shift either as you can easily see a division between the white and blue coloring.

The side also sports the Nike logo done in beautiful white, allowing it to stand out amidst the blue coloring. The heels seem to be sporting a certain logo – but it is hard to tell from the images.

Maybe Nike is trying to build the suspense for the Nike KD 9 “Home II” which is why they have only released that ONE image of the shoes from the side. No other image from a different angle is available online so you can’t really tell the color of the tongue and the different logos incorporated into the design.

What we can tell you though: the laces are basic white and rounded. On the plus side, that means that IF you lose the laces at any point, you can easily replace them with something you purchase from any store.

The soles are white with some translucent design in the middle. The outsole is a slim length of white with the words “ZOOM” conspicuously edged onto the design.

All in all, it’s a pretty good pair with colors that just scream for attention. A little low in the layout, it has the look of something you can wear practically anywhere.

The shoes will sell for $150 on February 16. If you like them, better make sure you’re the first in line since it’s unlikely that these kicks will last long. Put in your order through any Nike store and be ready when February hits! If you’re not a fan of the colorway though – there are definitely more out there! Stay tuned for Nike release dates.
