Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1 uses Bounce insole. The cushion performance is great. If offering 10 scores to the cushion performance of Solider 9, Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1 can get 8 scores for the cushion performance.
- Fitness: 7 scores
The forefoot vamp is a little narrow for my foot. It needs time to break-in. After fastening the shoelaces, the vamp can fix the foot very well. But the shoe heel is easy to loosen when moving.
- Anti-rollover Performance: 11/10 scores
Yes, I give 11 scores for the anti-rollover performance of Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1. If KI4 can get 10 scores for the anti-rollover performance, then Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1 can get 11 scores. It’s excellent.
- Traction Performance: 10 scores
The traction performance of Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1 should be the best one that I have ever worn. Although there are a lot of dust on the court, it doesn’t affect its excellent traction performance. So I give 10 scores for traction performance.
- Feedback & Flexibility: 5 scores
- Stability & Support: 9 scores
The outsole of shoe heel is big. And the extending anti-rollover design will slow down the speed of lateral movement. Although the external expansion design slows down the speed, but it offers great stability.
BTW, my gaskin and arch was sore after playing twice basketball games, but after changing to Sidas arch supporting shoe-pad, my gaskin and arch are not sore again.

After playing 7 basketball games, the outsole doesn’t have obvious abrasion. But the cushion performance of Bounce is obvious declining. But it’s still enough for me
Overall: The overall performance of Adidas D.O.N. Issue#1 is good. If you don’t play high-strength basketball games, it’s suitable for frontline players which are not heavy.
